Lyndal Harris
Dementia Doula
This work is deeply personal to me. I’ve had the honour of being a calm, loving presence as several people have died, including my father, husband, aunt and others, some with dementia and some without. Those experiences have shaped how I show up in the moments that matter most – grounded, present, and deeply compassionate.
As a Dementia Doula, I offer the kind of support I wish every family had – compassionate and emotional steadiness, and someone to hold space with empathy to help you go gently through the unknown.
Why choose Compassionate Transitions?

Spiritually aware, emotionally present and non-clinical
A safe space for open conversation and gentle planning
Supportive of both individuals and families
